1) Abalone "Lou Hei" Yu Sheng with organic farm and carrots and radish
2) Braised shredded abalone soup with fish maw, sea cucumber, golden scallop in rich supreme bouillon
3) Sauteed prawn balls with truffle sauces & mushrooms
4) Braised Bai Ling and Flower Mushroom with pork eisbein and black moss with tender greens
5) Hong Kong style steamed Soon Hock / marble goby in superior light soya sauce
6) Roasted crispy kampong chicken with garlic and rice crisp
7) Wok-fried pearl glutinous rice with Chinese sausage and sakura dry shrimp
8) Double-boiled dessert soup with red dates, snow lotus seeds and pears & Homemade pan-seared Nian Gao
